Draft Agenda for the March 7, 2000 Meeting
Location: To Be Announced

Meeting Objectives
  1. Clarify criteria for determining which research projects should be pursued in 2000. Criteria questions in addition to those below include - how should priorities fit into the needs of a pollutant exchange program? What could wait until 2001?
  2. Prioritize the work plans to be pursued in 2000 as part of the CalFed grant. Finalize budget allocations and principal investigators. If necessary, vote on what the Technical Committee recommends for the March 15 Steering Committee.

  3. How will the research or monitoring help resolve the low D.O. problem and help prioritize implementation options?
  4. How expensive is the proposal. Are there parts of the project that might be funded from other sources?
  5. How likely will the proposed methodology succeed in providing the information desired?
