Proposed Meeting Objectives
  1. Determine what are most important issues to discuss about the 1999 data and rough cut analysis in order to make the best use of the information in the upcoming prioritization process for future research. Determine how we accomplish this analysis. Who should do what? Include the resulting objectives and timeline into the discussion in objective 2 below. Begin discussion groups over lunch.
  2. Confirm process and meeting dates for finalizing the CalFed 2000 work plans and the 2001 research priorities including those that are due to CalFed by May or June. (Kevin and Peggy are working on proposals.)
  3. Begin discussing November and December data and what it may mean.
  4. Set next meeting dates and locations.

9:00 am    9 am Welcome, introductions, agenda review
9:15 am    Review major rough-cut analysis issues and prioritize them.
10:20 am    Break
10:30 am    Review process proposals.
Confirm major deadlines.
Determine as many of the process components as possible.
11:30 am    If process decisions have been made, discuss November and December data
12:15 pm    Set next meetings
12:30 pm    Adjourn for lunch sub-group meetings. Bring lunch or order out.
1:30 pm    Leave for Water Board meeting.
